Out of our hands.
The Feds step in.
Fortunately the Government has stepped in. Legal action on our behalf costs us. Lawyers don't come cheap. The CONtractor has our money...as it is now, they are the only ones with a hand in our pocket...and there shall be none other. The Government, which sanctions such "entrepreneurs" will settle the issue. How long this will take is anyone's guess.
This never happened. A the last minute we withdrew the paperwork. Of course we still have it.
